CP-ROOF COAT
is an easily applied cement based material which includes special waterproofing additives and special fillers. When it is mixed with liquid, it produces material that is suitable for application by brush or trowel to existing concrete and brick surfaces as a waterproofing agent.
Application
the prepared substrate should be wet but free from any excess water prior to application. Only mix as much CP-ROOF SEAL ( 2K ) as can be used within 10 minutes when mixing. CP-ROOF SEAL ( 2K ) should be applied in 2-3 coats depending on water pressure at a rate of 1 kg/m2 per coat. CP-SEAL will be effective after 7 days from the date of treatment and has a similar modulus to that of concrete. It is extremely important that a good bond is achieved between the waterproof and the substrate and these particular attention should be paid to surface preparation.
Preparation
the substrate should be clean and mechanically sound. All grease and loose material should be removed completely

- Externally on buildings to prevent moisture ingress through porous concrete and fine cracks.
- Internally as a coating or render on walls and floors and in basements to stop dampness.
- Suitable for waterproofing and protection of Foundation, Roof top,Tunnels, Basements, Lift shafts, Retaining walls, Swimming pools, Water tanks, Sewage tanks and any structure that is required to be waterproofed and protected against the ingress of moisture.
Precaution
Keep out of reach of children. Keep in cool place. Rubber glove are recommended. If in contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if irritation develops. If in contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, drink milk and seek medical attention.
Leak treatment
all leaks and seepages through the substrate should be treated firstly by using CP-PLUG prior to treatment with CP-ROOF SEAL ( 2K ). This is very important as additional white liquid will prevent the correct function of the CP-ROOF SEAL( 2K).
