CP-supercoat
is a water proof cement-base ready-to-use mortar.Just added water and mixed together to form a high quality cosmetic repair.
uses
Supercoat-2 can to be applied to clean, unpainted concrete surfaces, block wall surfaces,or on cement-sand plastered surfaces. Solve the problem of shrinkage of ordinary rendering mortar. Because of ultra fine size of Supercoat-2 it give high quality surface.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be clean, structurally sound, free from loose particles and foreign materials. Substrate surface such as concrete should be thoroughly wetted with water.
Mixing
One bag (25 kg.) of Supercoat-2 into approx. 6-7 Litres of water and use an electric drill mixer and mixed thoroughly about 5 minutes before use.
placement
Supercoat-2 should be applied on to substrate to a thickness of 1-8mm.. Applied the same procedure as wall plastering for smooth surface light trowelling is needed to achieve an even flat finish.
safety
Supercoat-2 is non-toxic, However it is alkaline in nature and any material (dry or wet) coming into contact with eyes or skin should be washed off quickly with fresh water.
