undercut or square cut surface rather than cut a v-groove. Cut out area to be plugged to minimum depth and width of ¾”. Flush away all cutting and dirt. Use immediately after mixing, work putty between hands until it begins to be stiffen – some heat will be developed. Force plug has set (about 2-3 minutes). Cut off excess plug flush with surface or leave recessed for cement coat waterproofing. For vertical cracks, start plugging from the top. After leakage has been stopped, apply cement coat waterproofing.

Tamp firmly and keep moist for 15 minutes. The setting time of CP-PLUG varies with temperature. To hasten the set in temperature below 40o F, use heated mixing water. The dry powder material may also be heated up to 100o F.
